Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar & Local Sightseeing

Arrive at Srinagar Airport. The driver will transfer you to Houseboat Dal Lake per the tour itinerary. Explore Shankaracharya Temple and visit the Mughal Gardens in Srinagar, like Nishat and Shalimar Bagh. Enjoy the local market. Overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 2: Srinagar to Gulmarg Night Sat

This day, After breakfast in the Houseboat, drive to Gulmarg (Meadow of Flowers). After reaching the Gulmarg, visit Stroll through the scenic meadows with your family. Unlock the Khilanmarg, St Mary Church in Gulmarg

Overnight stay in Gulmarg.

Day 3: Gulmarg to Pahalgam Valley

In the early morning, drive to Pahalgam (Valley of Shepherds) from the Gulmarg after breakfast. It’s 156 km, which takes 3 hours to reach there. On this day, you will explore the local Parkes and Lidder River in Pahalgam.

 

Day 4: Pahalgam to Srinagar Back

After breakfast, explore Pahalgam at your own pace.liike visit Betaav Valley Aru Valley this day Return to Srinagar and visit Hazratbal Shrine and Pari Mahal. Check-in to a hotel/houseboat for an overnight stay.

Day 5: Excursion to Sonmarg (Day Trip)

After breakfast, head to Sonmarg (Meadow of Gold). The gateway to Leh Ladakh is best for families to explore adventure activities. In Sonmarg, you can visit Thajiwas Glacier and Zero Point.

Return to Srinagar by evening and overnight stay.

Day 6: Excursion to Doodhpathri (Day Trip)

After breakfast, proceed to Doodhpathri (Valley of Milk). Walk through the lush meadows, enjoy a peaceful picnic, or take a pony ride. Return to Srinagar for an overnight stay.

Day 7: Departure from Srinagar

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Srinagar Airport. Depart with beautiful memories.

Booking Terms & Conditions

✔️ Hotel Check-in/Check-out Timing: Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in is subject to availability.

✔️ Cab Extra Charges for Leisure Days: The tour package includes sightseeing as per the itinerary. If you wish to keep the vehicle for extra hours or leisure days, additional charges will apply.

✔️ Flight Cancellation or Other Issues: In case of flight cancellations, delays, or other unforeseen travel issues, the company is not responsible for refunds. If cancellation occurs before the tour starts, the 30% advance payment is non-refundable.

✔️ Winter Season Heating Arrangements: During winters, room heating will be provided by the hotel as per their policy. Extra charges may apply if heating is required beyond the hotel’s standard service.

✔️ Itinerary Coverage: Only destinations and sightseeing points mentioned in the itinerary will be covered. If travelers wish to visit additional places, extra charges will apply.

✔️ Tour Cost Based on Group Size: The total tour cost depends on the number of travelers in the group. Prices may vary based on the season, hotel category, and transport type.

Payment Policies

✔️ Advance Payment Based on Hotel Category:

• 2-Star Hotels: 20% advance payment required
• 3-Star Hotels: 30% advance payment required
• 4-Star Hotels: 40% advance payment required
• 5-Star Hotels: 70% advance payment required

✔️ Payment Methods:

• Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, UPI, or Online Payment.
• Once the advance payment is received, your booking will be confirmed.

✔️ Remaining Payment:

• The remaining balance must be paid on the 2nd day of the trip.
• Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of services without a refund.
