Welcome to Kashmir Tour Bazaar. Before you book your trip with us, we kindly ask you to read our terms and conditions. They’re designed to make sure everything runs smoothly and that both you and our team are on the same page.

By booking a tour with us (online, by phone, or in person), you agree to the terms mentioned below.

Terms & Conditions – Kashmir Tour Bazaar

1. Booking Confirmation

  • A tour is considered confirmed only after we receive a booking advance  payment, depending on the package.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with your tour plan, hotel details, and inclusions/exclusions.
  • Please check your confirmation and inform us immediately if anything is incorrect.

2. Payment Terms

  • We accept payment via bank transfer, UPI, or online gateways.
  • Advance payment is required to block hotels, cabs, or permits.
  • The remaining balance (if any) must be cleared before or upon arrival in Kashmir or Ladakh.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will follow these timelines:
  • More than 15 days before travel: 80% refund
  • 7–14 days before travel: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days before travel: No refund
  • Hotel & transport bookings may have non-refundable clauses depending on their policies.

4. Changes to Itinerary

  • We’ll do our best to accommodate changes after booking, but it depends on availability and timing.
  • Last-minute changes due to weather, roadblocks, strikes, or government orders are beyond our control. We’ll suggest alternate options, but no refund will be offered in such cases.

5. Travel Documents

  • Guests are responsible for carrying valid ID proof (Aadhaar, Passport, etc.).
  • For Ladakh trips, permits may be required. We’ll assist with the process but may need documents in advance.

6. Health & Safety

  • Please inform us of any health conditions in advance.
  • Guests travel at their own risk and must follow local rules, weather advisories, and safety instructions given by guides/drivers.

7. Our Role as Tour Operator

  • Kashmir Tour Bazaar acts as a travel planner. We arrange services like hotels, transport, and sightseeing through our trusted local partners.
  • We are not responsible for delays, injuries, losses, or cancellations caused by third parties, natural events, or unforeseen situations.

8. Customer Conduct

  • We expect guests to treat drivers, guides, locals, and fellow travelers respectfully.
  • Any behavior that disrupts the trip may lead to cancellation without a refund.

9. Force Majeure

  • If your tour is affected by events beyond our control (floods, landslides, curfews, pandemics, etc.), we will reschedule or adjust the itinerary where possible, but refunds may not be applicable.
