At Kashmir Tour Bazaar, we understand that travel plans don’t always go as expected. Whether it’s a personal emergency or an unexpected change, we try to be as flexible and fair as possible.
This page explains our cancellation rules, refund process, and other important details to help you book with peace of mind.
📌 How to Cancel a Booking
If you’ve booked a tour with us and need to cancel, just let us know by:

Make sure to include:
- Your booking name
- Your tour package name or ID
- Reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)
💸 Refund Structure
Your refund depends on how early you cancel before your trip:

| 15 days or more | 80% refund |
| 7 to 14 days | 50% refund |
| Less than 7 days | No refund |
| No-show or same-day cancel | No refund |
✅ Example: If your tour starts on the 20th and you cancel on the 5th, you’ll receive a 50% refund.
⚠️ Non-Refundable Services
Some services may not be refundable even if you cancel early. This includes:
- Flight or train tickets booked by us
- Special permits (especially in Ladakh)
- Hotel bookings under non-refundable deals
- Customized or peak-season arrangements
We’ll inform you about such items during your booking confirmation.
⏳ Refund Processing Time
- All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, card, etc.).
- Any transaction/bank charges are non-refundable.
🌧️ Cancellations Due to Weather or Natural Events
Kashmir and Ladakh are scenic but weather-sensitive regions. If you need to cancel because of:
- Road closures
- Heavy snowfall or rain
- Natural calamities or strikes
We’ll try to offer:
- Alternate dates or
- Adjustments to your package
Note: Refunds for such situations depend on our partners (hotels, transport, etc.). We’ll always try to minimize your loss.
